Return Policy:
We
take great pride in our reputation and the quality of our
products. We offer a one hundred purrr-cent satisfaction
guarantee. Dog & Kit-tees may be returned or exchanged
within 30 days from the date of shipment for another size,
color or style. Items must be in good resalable condition,
unwashed and not previously worn with the exception of the
try on.
Soft-E Collars are guaranteed for effectiveness. Collars
may be return for an exchange or refund within 7 days of
postmark.
The original shipping charges are not refundable. However,
if you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the
original purchase, no additional shipping charges will
be incurred.
For refunds, please allow up to two billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Rescue Groups Design Guidelines: In order to give you costs
for shirts, caps or prints, we need to know:
1. The name
of your event
2. The date of your event
3. Any theme that may be on going for your event.
4 An expected attendance number (t-shirt or cap minimums 72
plus)
What we provide:
1. Artist created paper piece that we will donate to your organization
for purposes of an auction
2. Imprinted tee-shirts with the art on front, any words you
want on the front and listings of support groups or business
on the back.
3. Proof of your shirt before we imprint.
4. Great prices and original work. Shipped to you on time to
make your fund raising event a success
